I can not connect with my maximum allotted connections

Answer

ALL users should be allowed at least EIGHT connections. Our Premium Accounts are allowed 20 Connections. If you do not, please contact our techincal support department.

It is possible that some connections are remaining open after your download has terminated. This is especially common with certain news browsers when the user is downloading large amounts of articles. Usually, this problem will clear itself up within a few minutes but if it does not, we can reset your account which should have an almost immediate result.

  • We do NOT have download caps
  • We do NOT set speed caps once you reach any level of transfer
  • We do NOT move your account to a substandard server with decreased retention
