The subject says it all:
I want to create a new (unmoderated) newsgroup.
The name of the newsgroup will be misc.invest.realestate
The charter would (partially) consist of :
1) Share creative financing techniques.
2) Share information regarding aggressive tax avoidance.
3) Share "inside" information regarding mortgage applications (ie.
what do mortgage companies want to see and what not)
4) Keep a updated list of "exchangable" properties (see objective 2)
5) A source of partnerships.
6) Any general real estate questions.
7) And any others you might think of.
I started a mailing list few weeks back , and already have 50 subscribers.
This is my first attempt at doing this, so be kind :)

misc.invest.real-estate passes 148 yes to 26 no.
The charter initially consists of:
1) Any general real estate questions.
2) Share information regarding aggressive tax avoidance (not evasion!).
3) Share creative financing techniques.
4) Share "inside" information regarding mortgage applications (ie.
what do mortgage companies want to see and what not)
5) Keep a updated list of "exchangable" properties (see objective 2)
6) A source of partnerships.
7) Discussion of rental management techniques.
