This is a second posting of the RFD for the formation of a new newsgroup
"sci.med.vision" aimed at discussion of vision, visual problems, eyecare.
Due to a delay in getting the CFV information posted it has been advised
that this RFD be repeated. Hopefully, a CFV will occur soon. Details
