Refund Policy

Newsdemon.com issues refunds under the following circumstances:

• 1) Customer was unable to access the system due to problems with either our (Newsdemon) system, or because of problems with the end-user (customer) system.
• 2) Customer was billed erroneously and had NOT used any of the allotted bandwidth associated with such billing.
• 3) Customer has signed up but has NOT used any of the allotted bandwidth associated with such account.
