Hearing Voices Inside Your Head?

The U.S. military has been funding the deployment of a non-lethal microwave weapon that creates sound inside your head. The project, known as MEDUSA (Mob Excess Deterrent Using Silent Audio) creates “microwave auditory effects” which works by a beam of microwaves that are turned into sound by the interaction with it in your head. No one else can hear it unless they are part of the beam as well.

There are health risks stemming from the weapon, namely radioation. Due to the high-intensity shockwaves created by the microwave pulse, there is a risk of brain damage associated with the beams. More research is obviously needed.

The U.S. military’s interest with microwaves and ray guns go back for as long as they have been an idea, and although it may be far from being produced for combat, the achievements up to this point as well as its expanding usages are assuredly being considered.

So the next time you hear voices in your head, you might think twice if its just your imagination, or a secret military weapon meant to control your mind.
