To accomplish this transformation we propose the following actions, each of which will require a separate line vote. 1 - creation of comp.sys.mac.programmer.info 2 - creation of comp.sys.mac.programmer.tools 3 - creation of comp.sys.mac.programmer.help 4 - changing the name of comp.sys.mac.programmer to comp.sys.mac.programmer.main Explanation of Process ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ A minimum of 21 days after posting of the formal RFD, a post will be made, prefixed with "CFV". The CFV (call for votes) will be made by a neutral party, and will contain information about how to vote. Each person choosing to vote will have to vote separately on each issue (YES, NO, or abstain). For each proposal to pass, the number of "YES" votes must exceed the "NO" votes by 100, and be greater than two thirds of the total votes.
