This is a Request For Discussion for the Usenet groups
comp.org.eff.news and comp.org.eff.talk.

Both groups already exist as part of the "inet" distribution, and are well
established. This RFD is to make them part of the official Usenet hierarchy.
The nature of the groups would not change, only their distribution.

comp.org.eff.news passed without a single "no" vote and 181 "yes"
votes. Unfortunately, two people decided to vote against
comp.org.eff.talk, but it still passed 177:2.
