Unable to Connect/Authentication Failed Error

Answer This error occurs:

1) If you are using the wrong User Name or Password

If you are still getting this error, please make sure you are using correct details to configure your Newsreader client such as:

-Login details
-Server address
-Ports.

If the details are correct and still getting error. Please try with the details below.

Please verify you are using these settings in your newsreader client. If you use News Rover, you can check/change these settings in the 'Configure' menu, 'Server' tab

News Server Choices for SSL account Users:

us-secure.newsdemon.com on SSL ports: 563, 80 or 81
europe-ssl.newsdemon.com on SSL ports: 563, 80 or 81
useast.newsdemon.com on NNTP ports: 119, 443 or 8080
europe.newsdemon.com on NNTP ports: 119, 443 or 8080

Password: xxxxxxxxx (Password)

Max Connections to Server:50


News Server Choices 10 Connections Premium account users:
