This is a formal Request For Discussion (RFD) on the subject of creating an unmoderated Usenet newsgroup comp.windows.ui-builders.teleuse  CHARTER  The proposed unmoderated newsgroup comp.windows.ui-builders.teleuse will be used for announcements, questions and answers about the TeleUSE GUI builder.  In operation, comp.windows.ui-builders.teleuse will be similar to comp.windows.ui-builders.uimx.  All traffic on comp.windows.ui-builders.teleuse will be forwarded to the existing TeleUSE mailing list. Arrangements will be made to forward all traffic on the TeleUSE mailing list to comp.windows.ui-builders.teleuse.  The official creation of comp.windows.ui-builders.teleuse according to agreed Usenet procedures will facilitate access to TeleUSE information around the world.  This is NOT a call for votes. Barring a need for a second RFD, the Call For Votes (CFV) will be posted approximately 21 to 30 days from now. I intend to ask an independent third party to run the vote.  This RFD has been posted to news.announce.newgroups, news.groups, comp.windows.x and comp.windows.x.motif. Post any discussion about this RFD to news.groups.
