There is a wide range of technical issues and questions that an open forum on client/server topics would be of great benefit to a whole range of people on usenet. There are programming, database, communications, pricing, hardware, etc. aspects of cleint/server architecture. I am sure that the pooling of information from across the nodes on usenet will help everyone migrating to this new technology. This should be an open forum without moderation. If you think of other groups that this should have been posted to please let me know. Discussion on my proposal will take place for 30 days in news.groups.
