will be particularly useful for those who want to know about the situation

Thai people on the net. It is not restricted for only Thai, any who are
interested in this subject are always welcome.

Purposes:	- for Thais & any others who are interested in Thai culture
and other aspects such as :

				etc.

The group should be unmoderated.

Please help create soc.culture.thai.

The voting period for soc.culture.thai ended on the 20th April, 1991.
There were 327 valid votes, 27 against and 300 for. Therefore, the result of
the vote satisfies both criteria of the guidelines for USENET group creation,
namely that there must be at least 100 YES votes and at least 2/3 of the vote
be in favour of creation.

Thanks to everyone who voted for this group, no matter whether yes or no.

Nittida Nuansri [email protected]

Note:

I didn't count votes from some people who said "I'm not sure if I can vote
or not, if so I'd like to vote YES" (or any other ambiguous words), nor
those votes that reached me before or after the voting period.

If there are no problems detected with this vote, the group will be
created in 5 days, that is, on (or about) April 29.

The valid votes are as follows:
