Refund Policy

Newsdemon.com issues refunds under the following circumstances:

1) Customer was unable to access the system due to problems with either our (Newsdemon) system, or because of problems with the end-user (customer) system.
2) Customer was billed erroneously and had NOT used any of the allotted bandwidth associated with such billing.
3) Customer has signed up but has NOT used any of the allotted bandwidth associated with such account.
