Every NewsDemon plan comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with our service for any reason within 30 days of your purchase, contact support and we will issue a full refund. No questions asked, no hoops to jump through.
This applies to all plan types: unlimited subscriptions, metered plans, and block accounts.

Email: Send your refund request to [email protected] with your username or the email address associated with your account.
Support ticket: Submit a ticket through our support page.
Refunds are typically processed within 1-3 business days. The refund goes back to the original payment method. If you paid by credit card, the refund appears on your statement. If you paid by PayPal, it goes back to your PayPal account.
Cryptocurrency payments: Due to the nature of cryptocurrency transactions, refunds for crypto payments are processed as account credits or via an alternative method. Contact support to discuss options.
After 30 Days
After the 30-day window, we do not offer refunds for the current billing period. However, you can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period.
To cancel, log into the members area or contact support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
Comptes bloc
Block accounts are eligible for the 30-day money-back guarantee just like subscription plans. If you purchase a block and are not satisfied, contact support within 30 days for a full refund.
After 30 days, block accounts are not refundable, but they also never expire. You can use the remaining balance at any time in the future.
Billing Disputes
If you see an unexpected charge on your statement, contact us before filing a dispute with your bank or credit card company. In most cases, we can resolve billing issues quickly. Common situations include: a renewal you forgot about (we can cancel and refund the most recent charge), a duplicate charge (we will refund the duplicate), or an account that was set to auto-recycle (see our FAQ for how auto-recycling works).
